All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Additional charges such as shipping, freight or transport will be clearly displayed at checkout or discussed directly for motorcycle sales.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Motorcycle Listings & Sales

Motorcycles listed for sale are subject to prior sale.

Online listings do not constitute a binding offer. A sale is only confirmed once payment terms and documentation are agreed upon directly with Fastlane Custom Garage.

Deposits may be required to secure a motorcycle. Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transport and freight arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

6. Performance Parts Disclaimer

Performance parts and custom upgrades may alter a motorcycle’s operation, compliance or warranty status.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure any parts purchased are suitable for their motorcycle and comply with local road regulations.

Fastlane Custom Garage is not liable for misuse, incorrect installation or compatibility issues.

Professional installation is recommended for all performance components.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Sales Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are entitled to remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastlane Custom Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of products
• Installation of parts
• Delays in shipping
• Website use or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
