Returns & Refund Policy

Fastlane Custom Garage accepts returns on eligible motorcycle parts and apparel within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility For Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resale condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are non refundable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Special order parts
  • Custom sourced items
  • Clearance or sale products

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact Fastlane Custom Garage within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault

All claims will be assessed and resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Motorcycle Sales

Due to the nature of custom and used motorcycles, motorcycle purchases are handled individually and are not covered under standard parts and apparel return policies.

All motorcycle enquiries, inspections and sale arrangements are conducted directly with our team prior to purchase.
